Editorial

Welcome to the summer 2003 edition of Geomantica.

Once again a thought provoking line up from some very original thinkers.

Controversy about the value of using radionic techniques in biodynamic agriculture is stirred up by James Hedley, who explains that even Rudolph Steiner was thinking that this was the way of the future. Steve Hawkins concludes his geomantic journey with the final part of the 'Giants Dance', an exclusive publication for Geomantica. Billy Arnold explains about the so-called 'Harmonic Concordance' of November 8-9th.

I give an overview of the role of a modern geomancer; and there's some great news snippets, picked up at the International Dowsing Congress I attended last September in the UK.

The non-news is: still no new video films released by Geomantica, unfortunately. The new computer to complete them has yet to manifest.

Have a great summer and I hope that the continuing drought isn't too bad... Why not leave out bowls of fresh water for the birds' benefit? A tip to avert bushfires - one informant tells me that she blessed her property, going around its boundaries, and the approaching fire kept well away. (But please don't neglect the usual methods!)

Until next quarter

Peace and bright blessings

Letters:

Qld Dowsers?

Dear Alanna,
I am on your site now and I wish to thank you for such a wonderful amount of information for people who know what you are talking about.

We are from Queensland. My husband has been able to dowse ever since he was a small child. Taught by his English mother, he has felt very alone as every one he talks to about his great gift all turn away from him. We are trying to find a society of dowsers or an association of them.
Can you help us and direct us to somewhere here in Queensland please?

Yours Sincerely,

Patricia & Donald Stewart

Songlines Threatened/Help Save Paradise!

Maureen Brannan has written to Geomantica to tell about the threat to the Burnett River from a proposed dam project.

It's a place of habitat for rare plant and animal species, she says, and she knows biologists who have

..."been researching endangered Queensland lungfish and as yet undescribed Elseya sp. turtle populations in the Burnett River along their last stretch of (relatively) healthy breeding habitat, 45 kms upstream of Paradise,an old goldmining township and STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL meandering part of the river, previously protected by the Goodnight Scrub National Park status, but removed by misleading legislation so that this MAGNIFICENT, sacred place can be inundated by a huge superdam, which nobody, except a few cane farmers & multinationals, want. " she writes.

As well there are Aboriginal traditional owners who would suffer from the proposed desecration of the river.

"The 'Burnett Water For All Group' Statement of Key Issues, under Cultural heritage for Aboriginal people states:

The Wakka Wakka Jinda, Gurang Gurang and other groups affirm:

... They would suffer strong spiritual loss, as cultural life is centred around the river, particularly for food. How can this be replaced or valued?
... Development of the Paradise Dam cuts an important traditional pathway (trading route/Rainbow Serpent Songline)
Which was crossed in the biennial (other sources say 3-yearly) Bunya Nut Gathering at the Bunya Mountains.
(revival underway)
... According to Mavis Hawkins, president of the Wakka Wakka Junda group - "We believe in the stories our Elders told us of the sacred places in MURUBAKGIRA , the 'river of the breathing fish, now known as the Burnett River. The place where the turtle people lived and bred. (Increase or source site) These are special places to us and we do not want to loose them."

"The website to send an e-protest against the Paradise Dam is www.active-green.org/mailaction.php?id=157 - for more information feed in Burnett River Dam, Paradise Dam or my name.

Also needing urgent focus, halting the Three Gorges Dams in China, the Narmada Valley dams in India and restoring the original Garden of Eden, the Mesopotamian Marshlands.

Warmest Regards,
Maureen Brannan"

In the News

Electro-Magnetic Radiation News

The September 2003 edition of EMR News, published by the EMR Association of Australia, once again provides a valuable round up of news, some of which is summarised below.

* EMRAA reports the establishment of a new Centre for Research Excellence, which aims to increase knowledge by conducting research on possible health effects associated with electromagnetic energy emissions from radiocommunications devices such as mobile phones and mobile phone towers. Also, on July 4th last an Electromagnetic health Complaints Register was officially launched, administered by the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA). "This is the first time that Australia has had a centralised capacity for collating reports about just how EMR is affecting the public." Complaint reporting forms are available from ARPANSA, you can phone them on 1800 022 333 or go to the website at www.arpansa.gov.au/media/mr1_040703.htm

* A Sydney community Oatley has had a precedent setting legal victory in its battle to have a mobile phone antenna removed. The judgement found the carrier's (Hutchinson) installation of a mobile phone tower in Oatley Park earlier in the year to have been illegal and ordered its removal in ten days.

* A landmark decision in the regulation of "so-called low-impact mobile phone towers" has been won in Victoria. The decision of 27th August in the Victorian Supreme Court has implications for intended communications facilities throughout the country. The dispute involved Hutchison, which had trespassed on Department of Housing property (the rooftop of a public housing block in St Kilda, Melbourne) to install a cluster of 14 poles, six panel antennas and a parabolic antenna for its 3G network, claiming them to be "low-impact" Federal legislation allows "low-impact" facilities to be constructed without approval from council or communities, nor obligation for consultation. It was fought by the Director of Housing, but it wasn't until it reached the Supreme Court was the decision reached that it did not constitute a "low-impact" facility.

* A New Zealand company has been banned from selling a device claimed to reduce radiation from mobile phones. 'Wave Shield' was marketed as blocking up to 97% of EMR from the inner ear.

* A British woman, who's family suffered severely affected sleep after a mobile phone tower was installed several hundred metres from her home, has hung special nickel-plated curtains in her windows. The fabric, designed by the Defence Ministry, blocks mobile phone signals. The family has since returned to having normal sleep patterns.

* The New South Wales State Government has amended the National Parks and Wildlife Act to allow mobile phone towers to be constructed in national parks. The move has been strongly criticised by the Opposition, the Greens and the National Parks and Wildlife Service.

Druids focus Earth's energy on road toll

Extracted from article
August 11, 2003 The Telegraph, London

Druids have been brought in to reduce the number of accidents on Austria's worst stretch of autobahn.

The Druids have put up huge roadside monoliths to restore the natural flow of "earth energy". After the one tonne pillars of white quartz were erected beside a notorious stretch of road during a secret two-year trial, the number of fatal accidents fell from an average of six a year to zero.

Gerald Knobloch, who describes himself as an archdruid, used a divining rod to inspect the 275-metre stretch of the A9 in Styria and restore "earth energy lines".

"I located dangerous elements that had disrupted the energy flow," he said. "The worst was a river which human interference had forced to flow against its natural direction. By erecting two stones of quartz at the side of the road the energy lines were restored."

The pillars had a similar function to acupuncture, he said. "Acupuncture needles also restore broken energy lines. What acupuncture does for the body, the stones do for the environment."

Harald Dirnbacher, an engineer from the motorway authority, admitted that they turned to Mr Knobloch as a last resort.

"We had put up signs to reduce speed, renewed the road surface and made bends more secure but we still kept getting accidents," he said. "At that point we couldn't think of anything else to do and decided we might as well try anything.

"I admit when we first looked at it [energy lines] we were doubtful. We didn't want people to know in case they laughed at us, so we kept the trial secret and small-scale. But it was really an amazing turnaround."

Scientists are sceptical of the claims. But the motorway authorities are extending the Druids' role across the country, paying them about $A6300 for each investigation - a fraction of the cost of resurfacing a road.

'Healing Sick Houses' an evaluation project.

Roy and Ann Proctor, professional dowsers specialising in household energy clearing, who gave a talk at last Septembers's International Dowsing Congress in the UK, say that their aim is for the compatability of household energies.

Treating around 600 cases per year they have had to resort to doing remote clearings. This happened after there was an article about them in a national newspaper, after which they got 800 responses. Nowadays few people say that they don't want a remote clearing.

Recently they have teamed up with a statistician in a research project to evaluate the effectiveness of their work. Trying to remove the placebo effect in the design of the project was tricky.

A questionnaire was given to clients before and after work was done and also 2 months further down the track. 150 were sent out and 105 were received back, which is a very good response rate, the statistician noted! 90% of the clients had been referred by word of mouth.

All the clients had requested help and attributed their problems to the house. 88 had reported physical symptoms, 74 had psychological effects, while 35 had emotional problems and 37 had problems of a psychic or spiritual nature. Cancer, ME and depression were common symptoms.

As a result of treatments done remotely by the Proctors, of the 105 people returning their questionnaires 48 had experienced immediate benefits, 85 had significant benefits after 2 months time and, curiously, 16 had gained benefit before the treatment was actually done!
"Sometimes these things just sort themselves out automatically, as soon as you look into them" the Proctors said.

The report of the project can be found at the website at www.dspace.dial.pipes.com/proctor

City Trees in Moscow A Dowser to the Rescue!

Moscows street trees have a hard time surviving the grime, air pollution, and the salt and chemicals from snow clean ups etc. By the early 1990's an estimated 70% were sick and dying.

Well known dowser Alex Dubrov discovered that the trees that succumbed first to stresses were additionally under geopathic stresses, including Hartmann grid energy. After much lobbying eventually the city officials used his information in a 5 year trial starting in 1997-98, and they are now doing follow up.

As a result of the affected trees being repositioned away from geopathic and other stress zones, some 80% of them are now healthy and thriving, Sergey Bondarchuk told the International Dowsing Congress in September 2003.

Irish Water

Christopher Strong writes of life at the Mill House on the River Slaney in Ireland. A bedroom door kept mysteriously opening of its own accord at about 12.50am each night. Cross with having his sleep interrupted one night he sat up in bed and shouted "Whoever you are, go away and leave us alone!" Or words to that effect. They were not disturbed ever again.

So when the well suddenly dried up and there was no sign of any water flowing into it, Peter the handyman, suggested they try what had been done in the bedroom.

"So, giggling I shouted down the well 'Could we have our water back please?' We laughed and shrugged our shoulders and said "Well that isn't going to work, is it?' Whereupon there was a gurgle in the well and a gush of water from the side of the shaft, which filled it in no time. Peter turned pale and asked whether we had a vodka in the house. The well never dried up again."

CROP CIRCLE NEWS

Much excitement this season (July 2003) in Wiltshire, UK - Crop Circle land! Agni Hotra fires contributed 20 hours of continuous Tryumbakam (mantram of Immortality) chanting throughout the recent Devizes Crop Circle conference. The event was blessed with glorious weather, interesting speakers and activities, plus a number of fascinating formations in nearby fields!

MOVING LIGHTS IN CROP FORMATIONS

by Linda Moulton Howe

Mysterious lights were videotaped emerging from the thirty-seven
circles discovered in young wheat below the Ridgeway at Ogbourne St. George, Wiltshire, England, on Sunday, June 15, in a pattern nearly 600 feet in diameter.

"Before we went down the hill and into the formation, we picked up what I thought were at least twenty unusual objects flying in the formation, up out of the formation and possibly flying very close to the tramlines. These objects were of similar characteristics to other
objects that people have caught on videotape over the years. One example would be the 1999 Barbury Castle formation. The same object was seen over that formation.

I would say they were the size of a golf ball or slightly larger. They seem to have slight differences in sizes at times, so you can't say exactly what size they are, but the ones I picked up (on videotape) I would say were about the size of a golf ball.

They accelerated at a speed that was so fast I couldn't track them anymore. Probably the most compelling one is the one that comes straight out of the central circle, flies across several
circles within the formation and as it reaches the outer circle, this other object shoots up and almost hits the other object which then realizes it must move out of the way. So it changed its course and
then as it reached just outside the circle, just flew vertically up into the sky at speeds faster than any bird or insect can possibly do. Then, laying that back on the fantastic technology of DVD, we can then see that the object moved sideways as it was accelerating up and then moved back into its original position. So, it was doing maneuvers that was beyond any birds, insects or whatever.

They all had different sort of behaviors. The first one glided smoothly across the crop. The second one I picked up on tape just flew directly out of the circle and then some flew closer to the
camera some distance from the circle. But I do feel that out of all of them, there seems to be some connection with the formation itself. But I think we have to be careful to say they are the real
circlemakers. Or perhaps they are another phenomena that is attracted to the design itself.

We can't say definitely that these small lights are the creators of the formation caught in daylight on our tape, but they do seem to connected to the formation in some way.

I felt they were definitely intelligent. They were not at the mercy of the wind. they were certainly self-aware and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt in some strange way that they were sort of reacting to ourselves. A lot of people talk about how the human mind is somehow connected to crop circles, but I think these objects are aware of our minds working. Maybe they were sort of playing up to the camera. It's an extraordinary thing to say, but looking back on it and analyzing what happened, it was almost like a show they put on."

SOME THOUGHTS ON RADIONICS
AND FIELD BROADCASTERS

© James Hedley, Running Stream, NSW.

As I travel around in my work with Radionics, a common theme that I hear from people is that of intent. Intent with the meaning that, if someone intends for a field broadcaster to act in a particular way, and writes that intention on a piece of paper, the field broadcaster will operate in a way that the person intends. It is claimed by many operators and gurus on field broadcasters and Radionics [except this one] that when a command is written, such as that a field broadcaster will only broadcast to whatever parameters are indicated and that it will happen for the highest good and that by some mysterious process, the fact that we intend for something to happen just automatically occurs.

To this claim I make one point;
How many events in your life have you intended for something to happen in a particular way? Did your intentions always happen? If your intention did not happen, why not? What is your success ratio of things that you want to have happen, that actually occur? At what success rate do the results go past random chance? What is the difference between putting it in a Field Broadcaster? Does some other law apply here?

When looked at in this way, it becomes obvious that intent and field broadcaster operation, depend on your skills in being able to bring spirit into form, and with your connection with the spiritual realms. As with other intentions, the other actions that you take as a result of your intent, will strongly affect your ability to manifest what it is that you want.

One question people frequently ask me is, "How do we know if our field broadcaster is operating correctly, if even working at all?"

If the radionic broadcast is working you will see results. In this context I mean that you will see immediate results. You will be able to observe, with a pendulum the field of operation of the field broadcaster. You will also be able to see other results.
Goethe stated, "The truth is fruitful". Conversely, is the work that you do fruitful? If the broadcaster does not do what you claim it will do, then obviously you are misleading yourself. Self-deception, can be avoided by drawing the line at some point and testing the practicalities. Have you grown your crops better? Are your animals healthier? Is your soil more fertile? Have you achieved what you are trying to address?

Biodynamic vs radionic preps
The use of any radionic instrument raises many ethical, philosophical and practical questions. One of these questions that I have pondered and still have not arrived at a definitive answer is: Is there a difference between the BD preparations [Steiner], stirred and applied in the traditional way, and card-generated preparations [Rae and others] broadcast through a field broadcaster. I have reached the following tentative conclusions.

The BD preparations, being based on life, are able to respond in real time to cosmic events as they happen. Life adapts to circumstance. A radionic instrument of any type does not. The field broadcaster only transmits the frequencies that it is tuned to. The effects claimed by the proponents of field broadcasters are not always replicable. Maybe this has to do with the operator being part of the circuit. I believe that the radionic instrument operates in sympathetic resonance with the operator, whereas the BD preparations act in sympathetic resonance with the cosmic forces.

It is like the difference between a dead body and one that is alive. The dead body has all the substances of a live one. Both bodies are affected by the same terrestrial and cosmic forces, and energies. However the dead body is not able to react to these forces. The difference is consciousness. Consciousness and awareness are associated with life. Energy is the substance that life feeds upon. The traditional Biodynamic preps have both consciousness and energy.

The spiritual and natural realm is a realm of consciousness, whereas energy is an amorphous mass until worked on by spirit to differentiate energy into matter or substance. Quantum physics posits that there are only two things in the universe.
Consciousness and energy.

This is incorrect, there are 3
1.Consciousness
2.Energy, and
3.The enlivening force
This is where the farmer comes into the equation as the enlivening force when he stirs and distributes the Biodynamic preps traditionally. So it is with a field Broadcaster, it is the mind of the farmer that enlivens the device.

"The basis of an the individuality of an entity must come from its ideal spirituality. For all is born first in spirit, then in mind, then it may become manifested in the material plane. For God moved, and the heavens and the earth came into being. God is Spirit. Man with his soul, that may be a companion to the Creative Forces, is of that same source. Thus to grow in grace and knowledge, one applies, one has, one uses one's spiritual self. And with what spirit we apply, we grow also in mind and body." Cayce (3424-1)

The farmer is the intermediary bringing and manifesting the idea from spirit into mind and then into the material plane. His stirring makes him the enlivening force in the whole process with his actions and his spirit and his intent. There is rhythm to all life, constant ebb and flow, a cyclical pulsation.

Field broadcasters with their constant broadcast operate against natural rhythms unless used with total awareness of the effects that the broadcast is having. There is never a continuous, consistent radiation from anything in the universe. There is pulsation and movement in all life.

This is not to say that there is not an important role for the use of Radionic instruments, however the use and understanding of the limitations of these types of instruments will evolve as the practitioner becomes more spiritually aware. Things such as intent and psychic powers are Siddhis in the Indian spiritual system. These are only a step along the way not the ultimate goal.

Steiner on radionics
Dowsing and Radionics are only a step along the path of spiritual development. They are not the end aim. Keely and Steiner proposed that Sympathetic Vibratory Physics, [SVP] would play a major role in the evolution of mankind. Rudolf Steiner spoke of there being a spiritual being that takes up residence in these SVP instruments. This being acts as a mediator between the material and spiritual realms. Its enlivening spirit acts in sympathetic resonance with the ideals and aspirations of the operator.

This I think accounts for how you can have a diversity of instruments, made by different people which will work with a common set of rates. It is the spirit in residence in the instrument or field broadcaster, which keeps it in tune with the spiritual realms and interprets intent and action into force, not intent. Sounds a bit like Ahrimanic spirits or devas to me.

So with the field broadcaster we have an Ahrimanic entity as the enlivening force between consciousness and energy. It works in an inflexible way using the settings given in a constant stream. A computer is also an Ahrimanic device, like a Field Broadcaster, and you need to work with it within it's limitations. So it is with a Field Broadcaster, you cant just put in a statement of what you want. You have to be involved in the process.

SVP instruments have been around since Atlantean times and many practitioners have been great adepts in the use of these instruments in days of future past. The trick is going to be to use these instruments as tools of spiritual growth. Become aware of what they do and their limitations and become aware of how much more you as a person and spirit can know and use the instrument with this awareness.

It is important that we do not fall for the illusion that because we have viewed a little bit of creation by being able to harness cosmic forces to enhance life that we have even reached the status of minor gods.

The realm of creation is not the realm of man at this point of evolution. Man is only part of it.

Brian Keats the publisher of the biodynamic farming Astro Calendar in a recent post to the email exchange BDnow and republished in Newsleaf* asked two very important questions which need to be considered in relation to the use of Radionic Instruments.

Brian asks,
[1] "What is the price to be paid for the ease it offers?"
The price to be paid for the ease of the use of Field broadcasters is that there is very little connection between the person and the work if it is left to work alone.. It is just another machine, which removes the spiritual impulse from the work. There is a dignity that comes from working with nature, and attempting to understand what life means. The person needs to be part of the work process of spreading the BD preparations. Human input provides the enlivening force, which acts as the catalyst between consciousness and energy to bring it into physical manifestation. The field broadcaster will only operate to the level of input and awareness of the operator if he remains aware of how he is doing this at all times.

Ethics and Morality
He further went on to ask:
[2] "How do we go forward morally in researching these technologies?"
Questions of ethics are fraught with the danger of trying to oversimplify complex questions and discuss them as purely theoretical questions.

The viewpoint held by Aristotle placed ethics beyond the arena of theoretical and into the empirical, observable world of human behaviour. The nature of the behaviour is the purpose of the action, and as such, defines the ethical component. Aristotle believed that an absolute moral standard was not possible because morality is determined by behaviour and outcome.

Morality is also defined by community standards relating to that behaviour. The individual constantly makes choices from amongst a range of options as defined by these community standards. Consequently it is up to the community to decide this question. An individual can shape the debate and the direction that discussion takes but eventually it is a case of community awareness of the implications of any action.

Some time ago I was researching the spiritual and ethical implications of any type of research when it was pointed out to me that "Aristotle was a slave owner and thus was not in a position to discuss freedom, except from a theoretical viewpoint". The same principle applies to the relationships of the users of Radionic instruments and to the people who question their use.

We must ensure that our knowledge is not just based on theories, and that we are able to answer the deep ethical questions involved. We must be able to support our viewpoints from both the theoretical and empirical world and not just follow some viewpoint because it is fashionable.

Rudolf Steiner believed that the use of Sympathetic Vibratory Physics would remove much of the drudgery and heavy work from man. He saw it as part of the spiritual growth of mankind to be able to understand its value and limitations and to be able to work with that with awareness. To combine it with the use and awareness of the workings of traditional Biodynamic preps brings another dimension to understanding how a farmer works with implements, and his own spirit to manifest different approaches to fertility.

THE GIANT'S DANCE - part 4.

© Steve Hawkins

The Pip Cards.
With the calendrical references to the Boyne Valley
Passage Graves in
the "Giant's Dance" I expected to find evidence of
Eclipse prediction in the
Boyne Valley of Ireland. I needed to look no further
than Bru-na-Boyne
(Newgrange)!

The following 3 paragraphs are based on the book
"The Stars and the
Stones" by Martin Brennan and founded on the research
of Martin Brennan and Jack Roberts.

The passage of Newgrange is constructed of 22 pairs
of stones excepting
for the 4th pair from the entrance (stone L4) where
the right side stone
(R4) is replaced with dry stone walling. This is
reflected on the corbel
stone in the chamber which is engraved with zig-zag
lines that indicate 22
turnings and stone L22 is engraved with 11 rows of
markings.

11 days before the Winter Solstice a beam of light
makes it past stone
L18 and enters the chamber of the monument. At the
Winter Solstice Sunrise
the beam of light sweeps across the alter stone in the
end recess and may
have once illuminated a ritual object, now missing, on
the alter. The beam
of light enters the inner chamber for another 11 days
before again being cut
off by passage stone L18.

If the 22 pairs of stones represent the Wheel of the
year, then the entrance
is the start of the year and the chamber is the end of
it, both are the
Winter Solstice. The missing stone R4 represents the
festival of Imbolg and
stone L19 represents Samhain. L19 is engraved with 11
rows of zig-zags and
the number 19 is significant in the Metonic
calendrical cycle where the same
phase of the Moon occurs at the same time in the Solar
year every 19 years.

A detailed account of the Zodiac as the Celts
perceived it has survived
to modern times along with the mythologies that
support it. The "Glastonbury
Zodiac" was either lost or kept secret until Katherine
Maltwood "recognized"
Zodiac Figures in Ordinance maps of the Glastonbury
area.

They coincided with landforms associated in local
tradition with
characters from Celtic mythology as detailed in "The
High History of the
Holy Grail". She published her findings in 1929 in "A
Guide to Glastonbury's
Temple of the Stars". The text of the "High History of
the Holy Grail" can
be read online at
"http://celt.net/celtic/manuscripts.html".

The only way a complete Star chart could be
constructed in Neolithic
times is to take readings at Dusk and Dawn, the Pip
cards reflect this.
Dividing the 56 pip cards into Dawn and Dusk converts
the Giant's Dance
Tarot spread into a representation of the Glastonbury
Zodiac's 28 "Castles
of the Moon", a concept similar to Moon Mansions. This
also represents the
customary Month of 28 days with the Pip cards showing
the Days of the Week.

The customary Month of 28 Days is based upon the
Sidereal Month of 27.3
Days, that is the time it takes the Moon to do a
circuit of the Zodiac and
return a given point. To maintain the synchronous
between Solar and Lunar
time a calendar based on the customary Month must lose
a Day every 6 Weeks;
ie. on each of the Crossquarter Days.

In practice the customary Month is 28 Days and 27
Days alternately. The
sequence of the Days of the Week jumps a Day on each
of the 8 festivals.
The sequence of 7 Days wasn't fixed until well into
Christian times, before
that folk measured time in Months not Weeks. 7 x 28
Day Months and 6 x 27
Day Months are 358 Days, a Week short of a Year of 365
days.

A Sidereal calendar must add an intercalendary
Month every 4th (Leap?)
Year to synchronise with the Coligny calendar. The
Sidereal calendar of 13
Months is synchronised at the North and the Midwinters
on the Glastonbury
Zodiac and is identical to Robert Graves' Ogham Tree
calendar.

As stated in "The Origins of Tarot" (Geomantica 17)
and in "The
Geomancer" (Geomantica 20) the Celts and most other
indigenous Western
European people counted in 8s and 12s not 10s. They
didn't embrace the
concept of Zero, we've stolen that from Arabic culture
in the last 1,000
Years or so. The Native Europeans only used the
numbers 1 to 7 (or 1 to 11)!

The Tarot Pips we have today are probably a
Latinisation carried out by
those Early Christian Fathers who began their
spiritual journey as Druids.
They were also responsible for the "Boible Loth" Ogham
and the rewriting of
the "High History of the Holy Grail".

The placement of the Pip cards on the Orrery for
both Northern and
Southern Hemispheres is given in Geomantica 20, "The
Geomancer". They can
be arranged in other configurations and so long as
they remain in the
quadrant ruled by their Element and Season the meaning
of each card is
unchanged.

The pip cards are divided alternately into Dawn and
Dusk. Each half of
a suit represents the 7 ancient planets in the
sequence of the Days of the
Week.

The Dusk cards are the Court cards; King for the
Sun, Queen for the
Moon, Knight for Mars, Page for Mercury, 10 for
Jupiter, 9 for Venus and 8
for Saturn in each suit. The Dawn cards are Ace for
the Sun, 2 for the Moon,
3 for Mars, 4 for Mercury, 5 for Jupiter, 6 for Venus
and 7 for Saturn in
each suit.

In our Giant's Dance Tarot spread mentioned
earlier, that card
indicating the Midwinter is the King of Coins, it
represents the Sun. The
next card clockwise is the Ace of Wands, it also
represents the Sun.

The next pair of cards clockwise are the Queen of
Coins and the 2 of
Wands, they both represent the Moon. After those are
the Knight of Coins
and the 3 of Wands, they represent Mars. Then comes
the Page of Coins and
the 4 of Wands representing Mercury. </p>

6 cards anticlockwise from the King of Coins is
where the season of
Winter begins with the 8 of Coins and the 5 of Wands
representing Jupiter.
Next is Venus and its cards are the 9 of Coins and the
6 of Wands.

Last is Saturn and its cards are the 10 of Coins
and the 7 of Wands.
Each Season has the same sequence of cards with
appropriate suits.

The key to using the Pip cards is knowing that a
star on the Ascendent
at Dusk is on the Decendent at Dawn. It is possible to
map the entire
heavens using this technique. Twilight makes
astrological observation
difficult but in the long term the planetary cycles
are revealed.

To use the Giant's Dance Tarot spread as a
Horoscope draw a circle
around yourself to represent the Wheel of the Year and
mark in the
Constellations and the Crossquarter days that
delineate the 4 Seasons.

At Dusk mark the planets visible into the
Constellation they currently
occupy on the Wheel of the Year. At Dawn mark the
Planets visible into the
Constellation they currently occupy on the Wheel of
the Year.

Each Pip card of the Tarot represents one possible
Planet/Season
combination in a Horoscope. The meaning of a
Planet/Season combination is
synthesised from two keywords drawn from the relevent
tables below, they are
for divination only and are not valid for geomancy. I
hope the assemble a
set of geomanticly oriented Pip card interpretations
as part of the "Lore of
the Winds " project.

The table of interpretations is the one I use now
and it changes
regularly, these interpretations reflect my
perspective on life and are based
on my life experiences so they may or may not suit you
but they are as good
as any other list of interpretations. You need to
develop your own
interpretations based upon your perspective on life,
when you're ready!

The Pip cards have been reinterpreted many times
over as evidenced by
the endless string of keywords for each card, often
contradicting each
other. The main requirement for a set of Tarot
keywords is that they define
the whole of reality in as broader terms as possible
so as to inspire, but
not obstruct, human foresight.

The Pip Cards are usually interpreted as keywords
in the background
scenario relating to the Querent's inquiry. The Trumps
are significant
characters or events within that scenario.

In his book "The Mystic Life of Merlin" Bob Stewart
has identified the
archetypes behind the 22 Tarot Trumps within the text
of "The Life of
Merlin" and "The Prophecies of Merlin" contained in
"The History of British
Kings". Both books were originally written by Geoffrey
of Monmouth and
based upon Celtic texts held in the monastic libraries
of 12th century
Britain. He has also produced a Tarot Deck and
accompanying book based upon
these archetypes.

The Arthurian stories are one of the main
collections of Star lore
indigenous to Western Europe (incl. the British
Isles). The High History of
the Holy Grail speaks of "three hundred and
three-score knights and six
that he (Arthur) wont to have of his household". There
are 366 sidereal
"nights" (or days) in a year!

The "La Quest Del Saint Graal" informs us that;
"The Round Table was
constructed, not without great significance, upon the
advice of Merlin. By
its name the Round Table is meant to signify the round
World and round
canopy of the Planets and the Elements in the
firmament, where are to be
seen the stars and many other things."

The "Vita Merlini" states that at the end of his
life Merlyn passed on
the "Mantle of Prophesy" to his sister Ganida. Branch
26; Title 2 of the
High History of the Holy Grail tells us that in that
time it was Queen
Guinevere who owned the Round Table and her lore is
the "Old Law" implied in
the High History as quoted below. It is also states
that the "Round Table"
was subject to matriarchal inheritance.

"Madeglant of Oriande sendeth me here to you, and
commandeth that you
yield up the Table Round to him, for sith that the
Queen is dead, you have
no right thereof, for he is her next of kin and he
that hath the best right
to have and hold it; and, so you do not this, you he
defieth as the man
that disinheriteth him, for he is your enemy in two
manner of ways, for the
Table Round that you hold by wrong, and for the New
Law that you hold. But
he sendeth you word by me, that so you will renounce
your belief and take
Queen Jandree his sister, that he will cry you quit as
of the Table Round
and will be of your aid everywhere."

Is it Giunevere's image carved on the fallen
Trilithon, stone 57, at the
Giant's Dance, or Ganida's? Stone 57 is photographed
in R. J. C. Atkinson's
book "Stonehenge".

The Giant's Dance was built under the guidance of
Merlin's tutelary
spirit who Geoffrey of Monmouth believed to be
identical with the Latin
Goddess Minerva. As you delve deeper into the function
of the Giant's
Dance its female orientation becomes obvious.

A Tarot spread I call "Guinvere's Dowery" is a
representation of the "28
Castles of the Moon", it may have been used with the
"Rhythm Method" for
"rebirth control". The Earth's fertility cycle, both
as the Year and the
Month, are analogous to the Human fertility cycle.

Winter and the Dark of the Moon are the Menes,
Spring and the Waxing Moon
bring the first flowers, they are the preovulation
days that can result in
pregnancy.

Summer and the first day of the Full Moon brings
Nature into full
flower, this is the time of Human ovulation and
immediate conception is
possible. Autumn and the Waning Moon sees Nature
discard the infertile buds
and focusing on root growth to feed the growing fruit
where as in the Human
fertility cycle this is the infertile time culminating
in the Menes where
pregnancy was not achieved.

That special period in a woman's fertility cycle
when she ovulates is
defined by a pattern of Planets and Stars that are her
doorway to
immortality. When egg and sperm unite neither die,
this has always been so.
Hey girl! look into your Grandmother's eyes, that's
you looking back!

You, your Mother and your Grandmother are one and
the same living and
immortal being. You are ageless and as long as one of
your manifestations
continue to bring forth children you remain immortal!

The Guinevere's Dowery (the 28 Castles of the Moon)
can function as an
orrery when it encloses a triangle whose sides connect
a count of 9, 9, and
10 Days. It can accurately predict Solar and Lunar
Eclipses (see Geomantica
14; The Giant's Dance and Geomantica 17; The Origins
of Tarot).

It does not indicate if an eclipse is of the
Dragon's Head or Tail but
that can be ascertained by observation. It does tally
the intercalendary
months and can maintain the Coligny calendar given
below.

The 28 Day Orrery is the Giant's Dance Tarot spread
with the Pip cards
arrayed in pairs and interpreted with respect to their
ruling Planet. It
displays the full 56 Year Eclipse cycle by the
indication of Dawn and Dusk,
it displays the 28 Year Eclipse half cycle and
predicts Eclipses of the Sun
and the Moon in this mode.

The 28 Day Orrery displays the Fixed Zodiac as the
Yearly cycle of 28
"Castles of the Moon" (Moon Mansions) and as the
Customary Month of 28
Days. In this mode it functions as a Sidereal calendar
and as an aid to
rebirth control. If there ever was a mathematical
array whose use to Women
qualifies it as a substantial component of the "Round
Table" of the
Arthurian Legend, then this is it. The Round Table as
a dinner table! really?
What SNAG thought that one up!

Western Europe's "First Nations" folk have
inherited some cultural
beliefs and practices that are their exclusive
intellectual property. This
work is part of that cultural tradition and is not

The Giant's Dance pt.4 is the end of the series, it
needs to be a
specific set of texts to be available for academic
study. The Giant's Dance
series is not public domain but providing that no fee
is charged it can be
supplied as resource material for any course of study
for which a fee is

The term "First Nation" is to be interpreted for
Western Europeans as it
is for Native Americans and Australian Aboriginals.
This is a "Birthright"
and it is not transferable.

CELESTIAL 'HARMONIC CONCORDANCE' & LAYA YOGA

Total Lunar Eclipse November 2003
Moon conjunction Node: Increase from Females

© Billy Arnold

Two interlocked Grand Trines.
CELESTIAL HARMONIC CONCORDANCE? What's that? Not religious claptrap is it?
Astrological charts show a rare configuration between the 4th and 11th of November 2003. Over eight days there are six 120° aspects called trines occurring simultaneously between five planets and the north Node. This rare phenomena then manages to climax at 8.48pm on 9th November, Melbourne time with a total lunar eclipse in conjunction with North node, eclipse not visible from Australia,.

Astrologically a trine is good news in a horoscope, three trines forming an equilateral triangle is better news, and with two geometrically opposing equilateral triangles the energy is even more powerful, but it means there is the addition of two powerful oppositions, namely between Sun and Node, and between Mars and Jupiter. To my mind this extremely powerful energy conditioning the earth force will be a blessing if used in meditational type activity or in creative work. More so with pure intent and goodwill.

Chiron is is a tiny asteroid but symbolically powerful as a healer. However, the Node is not an objectlike a planet. Astronomically a Node is a reference point, being either of the two points at which the orbit of a heavenly body cuts the ecliptic the imaginary path of the Sun as seen from earth. In a horoscope, the position of the north node at 20° Taurus can be illustrated accurately for 14 minutes past noon 8th of November 2003, as seen illustrated above. Astrologically the north node has to do with what life brings effortlessly, as opposed to what you have to work hard to get. Moon activates these energies over several days, but a lunar eclipse in conjunction with north node is beyond my capacity of astrological analysis for prediction. Instead, I can't wait to see what happens in the world in the second week of November '03.

NB. the degree of trine aspects varies up to 10 degrees, not a mathematically pure harmonic, but the best I've seen in a chart, and one I hope to hear as earthforce in meditation.

THE NORTH NODE IN TAURUS
Astrologically, for some souls this is a quest to overcome distrust of change, to develop creative outlets for intense emotions and to avoid hitting out at loved ones. These attributes plague life for some because of suffering and trauma in past-lives which leaves deep emotional wounds and a feeling of being cheated. In learning this life's lesson of trusting, the process of change will develop a newfound sense of peace and stability.( Text and chart above from Solar Fire v5 Astrology programme).

OLD BERTS PROPHECY
A few years ago Alanna and I spent some time with Old Bert, inheritor of his 'Temple Bar', a spectacular property close to Alice Springs. Known locally as the comet man, Bert believes that the Alice Springs landscape was formed by comet impacts, even after he feasted his eyes on the Alice Springs geological map sf 5314.

Bert is also a lover of expounding Biblical Revelation. His interpretation of Revelation reckons that an individual or group will 'Nuke the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in 2003'.

So, just to be on the safe side, because the star of David is seen in a horoscope's aspect lines between the planets 4-11th Nov 2003, don't hang about too long at Temple Mount or the wailing wall if you find yourself in Jerusalem at that time

Esoteric Astrology

The following Basic Statements in italics are from "Esoteric Astrology" which is Volume 3 in "A Treatise on the Seven Rays" published by the Lucis Trust. (Volumes 1 and 2 are Esoteric Psychology. Volume.3 is Esoteric Astrology. Vol.4 is Esoteric Healing. Vol.5 is The Rays and Initiations.)

'The statement is frequently made that astrology is an exact science, but that is far from correct in spite of the many mathematical computations. Astrology is based, curiously enough, upon an illusion, for the zodiac is merely the imaginary path of the sun through the heavens'.

To us, as we orbit the sun on our little planet, the sun appears to orbit the earth. The sun appears to be passing through the zodiac at any time or season because our viewpoint is from Earth. Appearances can be deceptive. Traditional horoscopes represent an earth bound view of the heavens.

"Astrology is a science which needs to be updated to a Sun Centred Solar System before we can gain a truer perspective of energies and forces and a more accurate appreciation of the future".

'In ancient days it was believed that the Earth was the centre of the solar system and that the sun and the planets revolved around earth. Later, when further discoveries bought more knowledge the earth was decentralised, and the truth of earth orbit around the sun was more clearly seen. Much remains to be discovered, and may even be of as revolutionary a nature'.

Regardless of which time system is used, 'Esoteric Astrology is the purest presentation of the hidden truth, because it is the science which deals with those conditioning and governing energies and forces which play through and upon the whole field of space and all that is found within that field'.

'Group awareness, group relations, and group integrity come to the fore in human consciousness. As this takes place, the personality, which is individual, separative, and self-centred, will recede, and the soul, non-separative, group conscious and inclusive will come more to the fore. Interest in individual horoscopes will decrease, and increasingly the astrology of planetary, systemic, and universal pictures will stand out in the awareness of the individual'.

'The perception of the nature of what lies behind the Great Illusion of Manifest Phenomena, and the destiny of our planet, of the kingdoms in nature, and of humanity as a whole, constitute the major part of the theme of Esoteric Astrology'.

'The fundamentals teach, "Space is an Entity". It is with the life of this entity and with the forces and energies, the impulses and the rhythms, the cycles and the times and the seasons that Esoteric Astrology deals'.

"There is one aspect of energy for which most modern astrologers make very little allowance, and yet it is of paramount importance. This is the energy that radiates from the Earth itself. Living on earth we are at all times bathed in the emanations, the fields and the radiations of the earth. Astrologers emphasise the incoming influences and energies, but they have omitted taking into consideration the emanating qualities and forces that are the contribution of the Earth's Etheric Body to the Whole".

The Grand Trine called the Star of David seen in a horoscope is not illustrated when projected on a Sun centred map of the solar system 8/11/03. As the Node is not an object the triangle jupiter-chiron-node is focused on earth/moon.

As a warm up for layayoga late November thru December first practice some deep breathing to blow out the cobwebs then some basic stretches:-

Mars Opposite Jupiter 21/Nov 2003 15°Pisces left foot 56' D 15°Viro inferior vena cava 56' D
Pisces opp Virgo. Tension tween feet and stomach. Try a standing asana with bends and twists

Mars Cpl Jupiter 22 Nov 2003 -06°26' +06°26'
A contra parallel is like an opposition but ten times stronger. As above add a good walk, especially after a big meal

Merc Opp Saturn 14 Dec 2003 11°Capricorn Rt knee 13' D 11°Cancer curve of stomach 13' R
Capricorn opp Cancer. Tension between knees and stomach. Kneeling and bending asanas a good for this. Especially, practice Virasana, with forward and backward bends.

Merc Opp Saturn 22 Dec 2003 10°Capricorn 33' R 10°Cancer 33' R This is a repeat of 14th Dec above.

Laya means Absorption, or to be absorbed into. In yoga some powers are developed by Absorption in Nature with yoga breathing. The goal of yoga can be reached by concentration on yoga breathing alone. In Esoteric Astrology, the study of energy, layayoga is the Science of the Centres, the chakras. The hands are moved in the centres and near the eyes according to the sequence of parallels.

This practice is used in the fifth stage of yoga, 'sense withdrawal', proir to deeper concentration then meditation.
Laya can be performed with eyes open or closed. For example, with closed eyes you can visualise the hands as they move between the centres and the eyes, or with open eyes you can focus on any object in nature, close up or distant, ie a hand, a tree, a hill or a planet. In December the vision triangle mercury venus to Saturn dominates observational practice. Saturn rises a bit after midnight in november '03. If you want to practice projection to and reflection from jupiter, it rises about 3.30am melbourne

With open eyes gaze at Saturn then block the view of it with a hand at each eye according to the declination sequence. Be aware of depth of focus in each eye and repeat it in meditation with closed eyes as you prepare internally for the next breath. Create and detach an image to Saturn, the more sophisticated the image the more sophisticated is the reflection. The meditation stimulates visionary experience.

For objects in the local environnent follow any prevailing inner reflective impression to its source in local energy fields and entities. When you perceive energies and entities of the otherworlds, then you are ready to practice concentration as a prelude to deeper meditation.

Layayoga meditative dance
The layayoga meditative dance of the hands below is calculated from the sequence of Declination Parallels for November and December 2003. The sequence is written for females : mercury = left eye, venus = right eye (in Males, mercury is right eye, venus is left eye). Think of it as learning to move in trance. Or think of it as a little dance to help hold concentration in sense withdrawal.

For parallels to Chiron and the North Node pause the hand in the chakra it is already occupying and use it like an antenna to sense energies and beings in the body or in the landscape. Practice with the eyes open looking at the hands and then using them to block outward focus on objects.

Dowsing the Spirit of Place

© Alanna Moore, 2003.

In my work as a geomancer I assess the invisible hazards in the environment that can influence our wellbeing for better or worse. Looking at the overall 'feng shui' of a home or building site can involve checking out a lot more than the Chinese geomancers of old could have dreamed of. And being in Australia means addressing the haunted aspects of our landscape, so that people can avoid building on desecrated Aboriginal sites. It can be a bit of a let down to clients when they are told 'you can't build just there'! But, in understanding the risks involved they are usually very grateful!

In times long past people sought out sites where Earth energies were most concentrated - in springs, caves, rocky outcrops, mountain tops etc. Some became the sacred sites, which, if approached properly with reverence and ritual, could inspire prophesy or enhance healing, fertility or initiation. The intense energetic atmosphere of a site is a blend of the life force (ch'i) and consciousness of the Earth, humans and nature spirits (aka devas), with cosmic connections too.

As a dowser I've learned about the importance of all of these factors in the landscape, and lately, having had many travels around Australia and New Zealand in the last few years, I've been meeting some very interesting nature spirits. (I'm fortunate in that my partner Billy can actually see them.)

Myth, or just another dimension?
We know that ancient cultures tended to anthropomorphise the landscape, that Aboriginal lore sees the land inhabited with often huge spirit beings, in human and animal form. It never seems to occur to the average person that these beings are actually really out there, inhabiting the land, except where their sites may have been destroyed.

There are various 'species' of deva, with the 'Wandjina' and rainbow serpents being fairly common in Australia. Lizard or crocodile headed/human torsoed beings are found in Australia and New Zealand, where the 'tanifwha' is a well known guardian spirit, given due respect by the Maori.

When a highway re-alignment threatened the riverside home of a tanifwha in New Zealand last November, works were stopped until the local Maori tribe and Transit NZ could come to some agreement, to keep the tanifwha happy. I hope it still has its home intact, because I know that tanifwhas like to move around their territory. Some people say that the bunyip is the equivalent (water) spirit in Australia.

What do you do with a wounded dragon?
Of course the Chinese have been warning us for millenia about disturbing 'Earth dragons', by mining, the building of rail and roads, blocking of wells etc. The consequences can be disastrous, they said, and dowsers find that disturbed dragon lines can spread tainted energies far and wide through the Earth energy network. Whole areas might thus be rendered unpleasant to live in.

Earth acupuncture is often used by geomancers to harmonise Earth ch'i. This can be in the form of standing stones or 'Towers of Power'. These installations can transform the energetic character of a place and also attract nature spirits. They can help create a sacred site in one's own back yard.

Healing the Land
Australian landscapes have been particularly traumatized by the ignorant destruction of its sacred sites (while in Europe colonising forces kept the sites for re-consecration to new gods). This has cast many shadows of sadness across the land. Sites of massacres are probably the most hideous legacy that landscapes bear, and they are numerous everywhere.

Saying "sorry" to the land itself is needed in many areas. Earth healing work is best done with as much public participation as possible, suggests Slovenian geomancer, author and artist, Marko Pogacnik. He is engaged by local authorities in his own country to revive energetic centres, using Earth acupuncture (carved standing stones), and ritual singing, meditation and visualisation techniques. Pogacniks books are highly recommended (they are published by Findhorn Press).

Future geomancy
I have a dream of a future time in Australia when local council geomancers will be consulted before major developments are allowed. They would be concerned with maintaining the energetic harmony of a community, by the preservation of its mythic sites and places of power, and by the designation of unhealthy places to avoid.

The latter is actively encouraged in places like Switzerland, where local council subsidies exist to employ a dowser's services before moving or building. By helping the community avoid zones of geopathic stress discomfort and disease may be avoided, so in their wisdom they must see this as good prophylactic medicine.

Geopathic Stress Kathe Bachler's Classic Study

'EARTH RADIATION'

The Startling Discoveries of a Dowser. Results of research on more than 3000 apartments, houses and work places. The recognition and correction of geopathic disturbance of sleep, health and school performance'.
by Kathe Bachler
Wordmasters, Manchester 1989
(originally published in German in 1976).
Reviewed by Alanna Moore.

A school teacher in Austria for 30 years, the Pedagogical Institute in Saltzburg gave Bachler her unusual assignment: Research into the connections between geopathic zones of disturbances and the academic failure in school children.

The result is a classic study on the subject of geopathic stress and it is full of simple, helpful advice.

For instance - Bachler implores "I have an urgent request to all my readers whenever you hear of a baby who cries all the time, suggest to the parents a change of place of the basket, cradle or crib, for better or worse. Or have a dog select the best place for the child."

Bachler found that the general result of spending long periods in zones of geopathic stress was that they tend to weaken one's resistance to illness.

(My students and I) "came to the same conclusion that chronically and severely ill people almost always (95% of the time) have their sleeping or working places in areas dominated by water currents and the Curry grid. Often these two factors are combined."

Moving the bed is given as the first line of defence. Sometimes this can be difficult, although Bachler gives us a tip - that a bed might be put on wheels, to be moved to a more favourable spot each night for sleeping.

"A dowser should never leave the job until a good place is found for sleep" she says.

After changing a bed location Bachler and her students have seen improvements ranging from slow to instantaneous and, in worst cases, with no obvious improvement, but without a worsening of symptoms.

Sometimes the sudden changed conditions can trigger a healing crisis and it might be better to return the bed back to the bad spot and move it slowly away, some 20cm daily, she suggests.

Bachler lists 10 indicators of sleeping in a geopathic zone:
1) Not wanting to go to bed.
2) Insomnia.
3) Restlessness and nightmares.
4) Avoidance of certain parts of the bed.
5) Sleepwalking.
6) Feeling cold.
7) Tired and not refreshed by sleep.
8) Vomiting or depressed appetite in the morning.
9) Feeling down, despondent, nervous, tearful on waking.
10) Cramps and increased heart rate in bed.

As for school children affected by geopathic stress, she says these are often the slow learning kids, who may be lazy, forgetful, restless, moody, bed wetting, hostile, aggressive, or asocial and constantly missing school from ill health. They may have to repeat a grade.

When their desk is affected by a stress zone they may be incapable of doing homework there. If it's at their school desk they will hate going to school, and may get stomach aches, fainting and vomiting, and will often be staring out the window.

Bachler found that 95% of failed examinations were due to the presence of zones of disturbance. When the geopathic stress is in a classroom a 'rotating classroom' can be adopted - where seating positions are changed regularly.

After beds in geopathic stress zones are moved children often have an instant improvement in sleep and appetite and have increased health and wellbeing, better attention spans and interest in learning, improved thinking and memory and ultimately improved school performance generally, she finds.

I highly recommend all dowsers to invest in a copy of this important book..

Important New Homoeopathic Remedies from Ireland

Book Review:
'Granite/Marble/Limestone The Provings'

Author Nuala Eisling, of The Burren School of Homoeopathy in western Ireland, has published this booklet of her work in proving some new homoeopathic remedies made from local stones. (This entails testing the remedies for the symptoms experienced by the healthy volunteers taking them.) Her insights are fascinating and read like a mystic journey.

Ms Eisling wanted to try out a remedy made from granite after having two curious dreams. In the first - a series of captioned vignettes portrayed the people of Connemara county as introverted, incestuous, more prone to cancers and Downs Syndrome, plus taller than the average Irish people. 'What did they have in common?' came the written question, then its answer 'Granite'.

In the second dream she sees a white dot in the sky which she knows is granite as a homoeopathic remedy. As white lace it moves through the atmosphere, taking on bird and butterfly forms, till it eventually drops to the ground in front of her. Looking down at it it appears as a dead white dove, which ,she realises, has just cleared all the air of radioactivity.

Eisling discovers that all the information in the first dream was true, and that Connemara granite has one of the highest rates of radioactivity in Britain or Ireland, the pink variety being particularly high. She acquired a sample, from a valley specified in the dream, that was analysed as

40% quartz
31% potassium feldspar
27% plagioclase
2% biotite chlorite
and with 3 radioactive elements
3-4% by weight potassium
1-10 ppm uranium
10 50 ppm thorium.

Fifteeen people then did a homoeopathic proving on it, which was hard work at timesbut they felt very much better at the end than when they had started and they were mostly glad they'd done it.

Next came a real life therapeutic challenge where granite was used with great success, as well as a remedy made from marble. Twelve children were visiting for 6 months from Belarus, where they had suffered irradiation from the Chernobyl accident, located some 40 km away. They were in Ireland to enjoy lots of clean, fresh food and homeopathic treatment.

The children were all very sad, with a great sense of resignation. They had pale, translucent skin, and a great fear of being touched. They often suffered delusions and feafulness, and they were basically very cold - emotionally and physically, as well as self centred, haughty, and sometimes even deceitful and spiteful.

She firstly prescribed granite, on the basis of their fear that something terrible was going to happen, their sense of invasion, their fear of people, of touch, and their haughtiness. After a 30C dose there was a very good response, with the children much happier, less fearful, more 'huggy' and with more energy.

But still they were emotionally cold, so after a dream in which she was told that it was time for some marble to be used, Eisling gave them this new remedy experimentally. Its pale translucence and coldness matched them perfectly.

By the time they had left, after six months of care, all the children were healthy, energetic, loving and caring individuals.
