Delving into the folkloric aspects
of landscape, this one day course will provide an introduction
to global traditions of energy pathways, and indigenous wisdom.
Celtic & Aboriginal geomancy will be used to help participants
learn basic wisdoms about landscape energies and Earth harmony,
and how to apply these concepts to their own farm or garden.
Included in the day will be: "Geomancy meets Permaculture;"
how plants and animals are affected by environmental energies;
and how sustainable land-planning can incorporate an understanding
of geomantic principles, in order to preserve, maintain and enhance
energetic or sacred landscape features. Participants will get
a chance to learn how to dowse the subtle anatomy of plants and
see how energetic techniques, using rocks and crystals, might
help them, as well as, be able to explore the local environment
by sensitizing the whole body to environmental energies.
